I read about a bamboo tree in China that was planted, watered and fertilized for the first four years and nothing happened.
There was no visible sign of growth, not even a tiny seedling. Then sometimes during the fifth year, the bamboo tree grew about 90 feet in six weeks. Did the bamboo tree grow in six weeks or five years?
The fact is, if the bamboo tree had not received water and fertilizer during the four years of no visible nor significant growth, it wouldn’t have flourished.
Have patience and faith, keep doing the right thing! Even though the results may not be visible, something is definitely happening!
However, there’s a thing line between patience and laziness, sometimes a person might be lazy and think he/she is being patience or doing the right thing.
Patience= Work or progressive efforts + waiting.
Laziness= no work nor efforts+ waiting.
